Tender chicken and golden potatoes pan-fried in a bold house made Andhra-style masala with toasted spices and lots of fresh curry leaves blended right into the spice blend.
TOMATO SAMBAR DAL
~$30 Quart / ~$16 Pint
A tangy yellow lentil dal simmered with local tomatoes, tempered with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and a whisper of tamarind.
PEANUT BRINJAL (EGGPLANT)

Eggplant pieces stuffed with a rich, spiced peanut and sesame seed paste, slow-cooked until melt-in-your-mouth soft & spiced to perfection.
CORN + SHISHITO SALAD

Charred corn and blistered shishito peppers tossed with lime, fresh herbs, and a crackling mustard seed–curry leaf oil. Bright, smoky, and summer-perfect.
CORIANDER + FENNEL TEA

2. Order by Tuesday
Orders are most helpful if they're placed on Monday but I can take orders up until 11pm on Tuesday evening.
3. Pick up Thursday Evening
You'll receive an email confirmation of your order and instructions for payment and pick up on Thursday evening in West Davis.
